Whatever gets your stomach rumbling is right on hand here in New Braunfels, with cuisine ranging from breakfast tacos to prime rib; from sushi to gumbo and other spicy favorites. Did you know we invented chili powder? It happened right here around 1890 in the Phoenix Saloon building. We have the oldest continuously running bakery in Texas, too, so bring your sweet tooth!
